Organizations may purchase frames in bulk and manage their own sales, or partner with Varsity & Main for an easy, no-upfront-cost fundraiser.

Fundraising Options

Option 1

Purchase a Bulk Order

Purchase a minimum of 50 frames at the available bulk price. Orders may be fulfilled from existing inventory or included in an upcoming Varsity & Main production run. Your organization may then sell the frames at its preferred retail price and keep the proceeds from each sale.

Option 2

Let Varsity & Main Handle the Sales

There is no upfront inventory purchase. Varsity & Main lists the frames on our website, processes customer orders, and handles shipping. Your organization receives 15% of qualifying sales connected to your fundraiser.

How It Works

Submit Your Request

Tell us your school name, colors, organization details, and the fundraising option you are interested in.

Review Availability

We’ll review current inventory, production scheduling, pricing, and the details of your request.

Approve the Design

If a new design is needed, your organization will review and approve it before it is included in an eligible production run.

Launch Your Fundraiser

Your organization receives its bulk order, or Varsity & Main lists the available frames online and begins tracking qualifying sales.

Custom School Designs & Production Availability

Custom school designs require a minimum quantity of 50 frames per design. Orders may be fulfilled from available inventory or scheduled for an upcoming Varsity & Main production run.

Because our manufacturer requires larger combined production quantities, a new 50-frame design may not be ordered individually or placed into production immediately. Requests for new schools may be held until they can be included with other designs in a scheduled production order.

Inventory availability, pricing, production timing, and estimated delivery dates will be confirmed after we review your inquiry. Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate production or availability.
